Malcolm Jassiem Randall

Community Architect & Creative Consultant

I build the frameworks that house community infrastructure and wire the systems that empower community engagement. This proprietary approach to community building integrates select design principles from distinct disciplines (architecture, software, etc.) to render results across multiple industry sectors, including my favorite — footwear.

Mission matters most.*the mantra

Over a decade connecting the dots between fundraising and community building, and sustainable commerce — creating lucrative pathways for community platforms to scale near seamlessly. The common thread has always been the same: build the blueprint, bridge the gaps, be an asset. The projects change. The mission doesn’t.

*Ecosystems don’t need big egos to function efficiently.

Wall Sneak

Project: Wall Sneak operates at the intersection of my professional experience building communities and my vision for a vertically integrated co-op. I built P:WS as a boat, designed to:

Navigate deep waters of a rapidly-changing industry
Expand the customer journey beyond unit transaction and POS
Be a life raft for aspiring and accomplished professionals stuck at sea

Since 2021, I’ve orchestrated and operated two P:WS media products as proof of concept — one on each side of the market. Together they demonstrate the platform’s end-to-end reach within the product lifecycle.

Proof of Concept — Media Products

Industry-Facing Media

Wall Sneak Journalthe editorial product

For footwear professionals

Built for the people in the weeds of the footwear production process — highlighting their contributions, speaking to their aspirations, and giving faces and names to work that most consumers never see. Wall Sneak Journal is how P:WS built credibility and earned access with the professionals working behind the scenes.

Consumer-Facing Commerce

Wolf of Wall Sneakthe commerce product

For consumers & the resale market

Curated resale built on a simple thesis: Resell Responsibly. It’s the notion that aftermarket sales don’t have to be driven by counterproductive KPIs. Wolf of Wall Sneak ensures that P:WS extends beyond industry insiders and can influence consumer buying patterns.

Building something
that matters?
Let’s talk plan.

Remember: mission matters most — and a mission’s nothing without a plan. No matter the stage of the planning process you’re in, I can help you build on it. (Especially if I get in on the ground level.)
